<li>1/4tsp ground pepper corn</li>
<li>1 tbsp Dijon mustard </li>
<li>1tbsp olive oil </li>
<li>salt to taste</li>

<li>1lb pork ribs, cut into pieces </li>
<li>20 pieces Chicken </li>
<li>2 tbsp soy sauce</li>
<li>2 tbsp teriyaki sauce</li>
<li>1tbs Dijon mustard paste</li>
<li>2 tbs red chili powder</li>
<li>1tbs vinegar </li>
<li>2tbsp olive oil </li>

Method:</h3>
<ol style="text-align: left;">
<li>Wash
and cut into lengthwise carrots and halve the bell peppers then cut
each half into 4 piece, trim both sides of beans, peel and cut into
thinly sliced potatoes. </li>
<li>Put all the vegetables in a large bowl, add marinate chicken stock, red chili, ground black pepper, olive oil and salt.</li>
<li>Cut the pork into sliced length wise about 3". <br /></li>
<li>In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, chili powder, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, salt and olive oil.</li>
<li>Mix all the marinade ingredient in a bowl.</li>
<li>Pour
the marinade over the chicken and pork in a separate dish. Cover the
dish with plastic wrap, place in the fridge to marinate for 1day ahead.</li>
<li>Bring to room temperature 2 hrs before grilling.</li>
<li>Lightly oil the barbecue grill gate. </li>
<li>Preheat the barbecue grill for medium high heat, using with tongs, transfer
marinade chicken, pork, and vegetable set separated on
the grill.</li>
<li>Cook the chicken, pork and vegetable set separated for 10 -20 minutes each side.</li>
<li>Turning often until brown color, and chicken is pierced with a skewer. <br /></li>

2 medium sized potatoes, peel, wash and cut into small pieces </li><li>1/2 tsp mustard seeds </li><li>1/2 tsp fennel seeds </li><li>2 spring curry leaves, chopped </li><li>3 glove garlic, chopped </li><li>2 tsp red chili powder</li><li>2 tbsp vegetable oil for fry <br /></li></ul><h3 style="text-align: left;">To Make the filling for the Chicken Patties:</h3><h3 style="text-align: left;"></h3><ol style="text-align: left;"><li>Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add mustard and fennel seeds, until mustard seed popped. </li><li>Add onion, curry leaves, garlic and saute for 2 minutes, until light brown. </li><li>Add chicken, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder mix well all combined, cover the lid and cook for about 15 minutes, until chicken tender and change the color brown, </li><li>Open the lid, add potatoes and 1/2 cup of water, simmer and cook until chicken mixture we combined. Curry mixture should be thicken, not too dry. once the curry is cooked, taste the curry, and adjust the seasoning. </li><li>Transfer the curry from the stove, let it cool for 15 minutes. Preheat air fry patties at 360 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees for 10 minutes, until they turn brown, turn other side air fry 6 more minutes.</li></ol><h3 style="text-align: left;">For the patty dough ingredients:</h3><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>500 gram flour</li><li> 100 gram butter </li><li>250 ml cold water </li><li>salt to taste </li></ul><h3 style="text-align: left;"> Directions:</h3><ol style="text-align: left;"><li>In a bowl, add flour, butter, water, and salt until combined, knead the dough by hand or electric mixture, and fitter with a hook. </li><li>Make sure the dough is soft, cover, and let it's come.</li><li>May be soft for 1 hour. Using a roller, on a flowered surface, roll out the dough to a thin layer. </li><li>On a thin layer dough, place on top of the patties cutter. </li><li>Place a spoon chicken filling in the middle of the patty. </li><li>Close the patty cutter and press tightly, then take out the excess dough, then open a patty cutter. </li><li>Using a brush, spread the patties with oil. </li><li>Place chicken patties in the air fryer basket. </li><li>Air fry patties at 360 degrees F/180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. 2 Packets of Gelatin<br />

50 gm Cashew (chopped)<br />

Half of cup Powdered sugar <br />

<b><span style="font-size: medium;">Direction:</span></b><br />

<ol style="text-align: left;"><li> In a small bowl, add hot water and sprinkle gelatin over. Let it
set for two minutes until soft. Or Place the bowl in a microwave for 30
second or high until gelatin dissolves. </li><li>Place the bowl, add cashew and butter in a microwave for 30 second. Then cool it.</li><li>In large bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixture until stiff peak form and fluffy. </li><li>Add gelatin into a egg whites mixture, beat well until all combined. <li><span style="font-size: small;">Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame, place the vadai carefully slide it hot oil, one by one, don't over crowded. <br /></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Cook for 4 minutes, each side, vadai is getting cooked, golden brown, you can deep-fry 3- 4 methu vadai at a time, turning the vadai over a few times and using spoon splash hot oil over the vadai, so that all sided get cooked.<br /></span></li><li><span style="font-size: small;">Repeat with the remaining batter to more vadai.<br /></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Remove and drain in a lined paper towel to excess oil.</span></li>

<li>1 medium onion, cut into thinly slices</li>

<li>1/4 tsp mustard seeds</li>
<li>1/4 tsp fennel seeds</li>
<li>1 tbsp coconut milk powder diluted in 1/4 cup of warm water or 1/4 cup coconut milk</li>

Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Wash and cut the egg plants in 3 inch long strips.</li>
<li>Place the eggplant in a bowl, coat well with salt and turmeric powder,</li>
<li>Heat oil in a medium fry pan, add marinated egg plants, deep fry in two batches for 3 -5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown, make sure not burned.</li>
<li>Using a slotted spoon, transfer to a plate.</li>
<li>Heat the oil in a medium pan, on medium heat, add the mustard seeds to it, once mustard spluttered, add the fennel seeds, sliced onion, green chilies and curry leaves, saute for 3 minutes or until dark brown. </li>
<li> In a pan, heat on medium flame add the coconut milk or mixed water with coconut powder, bring to a boil for 3 - 5 minutes for simmer.</li>
<li>When the coconut milk with water begins to boil, add fried eggplants and onion mixture, continue cook 3 more minutes, stir, until curry coconut milk has evaporated.</li>
<li>Add 1 tbsp vinegar into the curry, mix gently. </li>
<li>Egg plant curry is ready to be served.</li>

<li>100 gram cabbage, thinly sliced</li>

<li>1 tsp chicken stock powder</li>
<li>1/2 tsp black pepper powder</li>
<li>1/2 cup of water </li>
<li>salt to taste</li>

<li>In a medium sauce pan add 1/2 cup of water, on a medium heat, add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables half cooked.</li>
<li>Add chicken stock powder, salt and pepper, stir gently.</li>
<li>Transfer to a serving plate. </li>

<li>3 skinless, boneless,chicken breast, cut into fillets.</li>
<li>Wash and pate the chicken breast dry with paper towels.</li>
<li>Coating the chicken with red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, chicken stock, salt and corn starch.</li>
<li>Coat each marinated chicken fillets to the bread crumbs.</li>
<li>In a large skillet, on a medium heat, add cooking oil.</li>
<li>When the oil is hot, place fillets in the skillet, reduced the heat, cover with lid, cook about 4-6 minutes.</li>
<li>Open the lid, flip fillets, covered with lid and continue to cook for 4 -6 minutes.</li>
<li>Turn on medium meat, cook 2 more minutes, when fillets cooked, transfer to the lined paper plate to wipe excess oil. </li>
<li>Transfer to to the serving platter.</li>
<li>Served with cooked rice and boiled vegetables.</li>

<li>In a heavy bottom pan, on medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil, add cinnamon stick and cardamom, saute for 1 min.</li>
<li>Add onion, garlic, curry leaves and ginger, saute for 4 minutes.</li>
<li>Reduce heat on low, add the marinated chicken, mix with onion mixture, cover the pot, cook for 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Open the lid, add 1 tbsp coconut milk powder and chicken stock diluted in 1/4 cup warm water, stir well.</li>
<li>Cover the pot with lid, allow it simmer for 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Stirring occasionally, until chicken cook through about 10 more minutes.</li>
<li>If the curry not enough water, add some, you can adjust the consistency of the gravy preferred.</li>
<li>Open the lid, add spicy powder and lemon juice, stir well.</li>
<li>The chicken curry is ready to serve.</li>
<li> Serve with hot cooked rice or sting hoppers or rotti.</li>

Directions: </h4>

<span style="font-weight: normal;">In a large fry pan, on medium high heat, add carrot and potatoes.add 2 tbs water, cover with lid, cook for 4 minutes or until vegetables tender. Transfer to a small bowl.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal;">In a mixing bowl, using a egg beater, whisk the eggs, add the onion and green chilies, dry red chili, cooked carrot, potatoes salt and pepper, mix well and set aside.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal;">In the same fry pan, on a medium heat, add oil, and tilt the pan to coat the bottom. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal;">When oil is hot pour in half of the egg mixture to the fry pan, cover with lid, reduced the heat to medium low and allow to cook 3 to 4 minutes.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal;">Transfer the omelette to the platter, flip and place to the fry pan, and cook 2 -3 minutes.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal;">Transfer to the serving plate.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal;">Complete 3 - 5 for the remaining half of the egg mixer.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal;">Serve!</span></li>

In a mixing bowl, using
a hand egg beater, beat the eggs, and add chopped onion, green chilies,
bitter melon and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
On a medium heat, in a non-stick skillet, add 1 tsp oil and tilt pan to
coat bottom.
Pour in half of the egg mixture.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cover with lid, and allow eggs to cook 3 -
4 minutes.
Flip the omelette and cook for 2 - 3 more minutes
Transfer to the serving plate.
Complete steps 4 to 7 for the remaining half of the egg mixture.
Serve on top of rice with other curries or with puttu, string hoppers or

Today I made this fruit salad and it was most beautiful, delicious salad. Brightly colored fruits are not only beautiful, but also tasted very good and contain a pack of nutrients. Sometimes I felt like eat fruits and make that all fruits in our fridge. I cut up all the fruits and vanilla yogurt mixed it all together. Put orange yell-o on the top of the salad and spread some passion fruits. </div>

<li>பச்சையரிசியை இரண்டு முறை நீரில் கழுவி, 3 மணித்தியாலங்களுக்கு ஊறவிடவும்.</li>
<li>அரிசியிலிருந்து நீரை வடித்தெடுத்து, தேங்காய் பால் சேர்த்து மிக்சியில் நன்கு அரைக்கவும்.</li>
<li>அதனுள் முட்டையை சேர்த்து ஒரு முறை அடிக்கவும்.</li>
<li>பின்னர் கோதுமை மா, சீனி, உப்பு என்பவற்றை தேவையான அளவிற்கேற்ப சேர்த்து நன்கு கலந்து அரை மணி நேரம் மூடி வைக்கவும்.</li>
<li>வாணலியில் எண்ணெய் ஊற்றி, அடுப்பை மிதமான சூட்டில் வைத்து, கொக்கீஸ் செய்யும் அச்சை நன்கு சூடாகும் வரை எண்ணெய் சட்டியில் வைக்கவும்.</li>

Ingredients:</h4>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>1 packet Srilankan Noodles</li>
<li>1 tbsp margarine</li>
<li>1 lb uncooked shrimp, peeled, de-veined.</li>
<li>1 cup skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces.</li>
<li>1 medium onion, chopped</li>
<li>6 clove chopped garlic</li>
<li>1 carrot, cut into thinly straps</li>
<li>1 cup cabbage, thinly sliced</li>
<li>1 capsicum, chopped </li>
<li>1 tbsp red chili powder</li>
<li>1 tsp black pepper</li>
<li>1 tbsp chicken stock powder</li>
<li>1 tbsp soy sauce</li>
<li>1 tsp hoisin sauce</li>
<li>1 tbsp red chili sauce </li>
<li>1 tbsp olive oil</li>
</ul>

Directions:</h4>
<ol style="text-align: left;">
<li> In a large saucepan, fill with water, bring to a boil.</li>
<li>Stir in noodles, margarine and salt and cook until just tender about 5 - 7 minutes, or according to package instructions.</li>
<li>Remove from heat, drain, transfer to a large bowl, set aside.</li>
<li>Marinate in a different bowls shrimp and chicken pieces with chili powder and salt .</li>
<li>In a small bowl combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce and chili sauce, set aside.</li>
<li>In a small bowl, mix warm water and chicken stock.</li>
<li>Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat.</li>
<li>Add onion, capsicum and garlic and saute until onion is golden brown, about 5 minutes.</li>
<li>Add carrots, cabbage to skillet and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, saute 6 more minutes.</li>
<li>Pour the chicken stock mixture over vegetable mixture, raise heat to high, and cook until vegetables are tender, about 4 minutes, transfer to a bowl, set aside.</li>
<li>In a same skillet, heat oil over medium high heat, add chicken, cook for about 7 to 8 minutes until chicken is golden brown.</li>
<li>Pour the sauce over chicken, saute and mix well, transfer to a bowl, set aside.</li>
<li>Add shrimp and simmer until shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.</li>
<li>In a same skillet, on a low flame, using tongs or a fork, transfer about 1 cup of the noodles into skillet, add vegetable mixture, shrimp, and chicken, season to taste with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Gently mix with fork the noodle with cook together about 3 to 5 minutes.</li>
<li>Serve!</li>

Note: I made half of the noodles didn't add chili powder, half of the noodles add chili powder.<br /><br />
